The 705.64m? (0.0705 hectares) site is situated on the southern end of Alexander Lane towards the junction with Rayleigh Road. Towards the north of Alexander lane you have the A1023 which offers easy connection to the A12 and M25.
Towards the north of the site location the area gets more rural with open fields and the south of the site is more densely populated.
The site is well located to Shenfield High Street by a 6 minute walk. The high street provides plenty of supermarkets, local bakerys and services for the occupants of Shencot. Shenfield Train Station is also within a 5 minute walk and provides direct access into Central London & Liverpool Street Station.
The area is served by many bus routes offering even greater access to the local area.
The local area also has ample school options nearby including Long Ridings Primary School, Shenfield High School, Willowbrook Primary School, Brentwood Preparatory School among others. The site is located in a residential area but also has areas of recreation close by. These include Alexander Lane Recreation Ground and Butterfly Meadow Country Park.
SDA believe the redevelopment of this existing site will provide much needed new dwellings for the local area and provide the new occupants of a great location for living and working.
